Company Owners/Management

Russell and Dorothy Phillips began Phillips Camper Sales & Service in 1968. They hired their son in law, Randy, in the early 80’s. Randy was manager of the service department, so when they decided to retire in 1999 they transferred ownership to Randy. Russ and Dorothy now split ther time between Mount Morris and North Port Florida.

Randy Stephens has been owner of Phillips RV for ten years now, and he has made Phillips RV Center the Number one Dealership in sales in Genesee County
